Leadership has been directed by the ethical beliefs and values. It has been found that the dignity and right of the employees have been expressed by the ethics of leaderships. In this assignment the chosen organization for study is Citibank. Citibank was started in the year of 1812 at New York City. They started their business in New Zealand in 1902. It has been observed that Citibank has developed their code of ethics and the management has taken the help the code of ethics to control the functions. 1.
